A Guilt-Free Feast at Eleved Eatery: Here’s What We Loved!

I wasn’t even sure how to start writing this one. This visit was so unexpected—just like those last-minute plans that turn out to be the best ones.

It was already 4 PM, and I had no clue that I’d be heading to my friend’s wedding shenanigans the next day. I was still undecided when, around 5:30 PM, plans suddenly fell into place. That’s when the rush began—I had to pack quickly. Of course, it was the weekend, and I was also craving something different, something beyond the usual.

So, I told my friend to give me an hour—just enough time to at least lay out my outfits before heading out. With half my packing done, we left around 7 PM, choosing a place not too far away but still new to us—Malcha Marg.

Discovering the Hidden Eatery at a Yoga Studio

Malcha Marg had this serene, peaceful vibe, with chilly winds brushing past as we walked through a line of 7-8 cafés. We took a stroll, checking out new spots we hadn’t tried before. That’s when we stumbled upon something interesting—a YOGA STUDIO.

Now, my friend and I had been talking forever about joining a yoga session or hitting the gym together. So, naturally, we decided to step in and check it out. But guess what? Instead of signing up for a class, our excitement quickly shifted to something even more tempting—the eatery inside the studio, called "ELEVED" spelt like "एली - वेद ".

Food over fitness? Always. 😂

First Impressions

We took a cosy table for two, letting ourselves sink into the calm and refreshing atmosphere. The place felt so new, so fresh, so us.

As soon as we got the menu, we did what we do best—carefully scanning every ingredient to pick the best dishes to try. And here’s what we ordered…

What We Ordered:

🌿 Gluten-Free Compound Salads

🍃 Eleved Mesclun Greens – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

Ingredients: Rocket, Romaine, Iceberg, Mustard & Sundarban Honey Dressing, Black Grapes, Grilled Avocado, Cucumber, Broccoli, Cherry Tomatoes, Carrot, Strawberry, Wasabi Puffed Quinoa.

Just wow—so palatable, so fresh, so delicious. It looked as good as it tasted. Of course, we were dying to dig in, but not before I took a few pictures first (priorities, right? 😂).

🌮 Malabar Kebab Tacos

🧡 Confit Sweet Potato & Avocado – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

Ingredients: Confit and Rosemary-Marinated Grilled Sweet Potato, Avocado Cream, Coriander, Strawberry Chutney, Tomato Salsa, Crunchy Lettuce.

We were initially unsure about this one, but the moment we took a bite, we were hooked. Amazing—mouthwatering from every angle. The flavours blended so perfectly, making it an instant favourite.

🍹 Beverages

🍫 Chandan (Sandalwood) Cold Chocolate – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

Ingredients: Chocolate Chips, Cocoa, Chandan (Sandalwood) Sherbet, Chocolate Ganache.

As a die-hard chocolate lover, this was an obvious choice for me. But what made it unique was the sandalwood—it gave the drink a surprising new depth of flavour. A must-try for all chocolate lovers!

🌸 Pink City Tisane – ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5/5

Ingredients: Strawberry, Hibiscus, Rosehips, Apple, Licorice Root.

This was my friend’s pick, and she was instantly in love with it. The fragrance, the flavours, the whole indulgent experience—she couldn’t stop raving about it.

The Unexpected Conversation

Everything was just WOW. We were so satisfied that we couldn’t stop ourselves from sharing feedback. The staff asked us about our experience, and in our usual blunt style, we said:

"Have you been to GREENR? The café in GK? (I have a blog on it too—give it a read! 😉) "aap usko competition de rhe ho"

That’s when he smiled and told us, “Eleved is based on GREENR’s prototype.”

But honestly? It felt like way more than just a prototype—it was an experience of its own. And we couldn’t wait to come back and try even more dishes.

He was happy. We were happily full.

Final Thoughts

This visit was 100% worth it. If you’ve never been to Malcha Marg, you’re missing out! It’s filled with amazing new café options serving Japanese, Asian, Thai, Indian, and everything in between.

🌱 A must-visit for every vegan foodie out there!
